"This is a charming, eclectic art oriented hotel. The flower room bar is delightful, a great place for photos. The location is great for sightseeing in the central historic district. "Marta, the property manager, was absolutely amazing. She is a wealth of knowledge and made my stay at Miragaia even better than it was before I arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Porto. Gorgeous view of the Douro River right in front of the property and fantastic restaurants are a lovely 10 minute walk from here. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Porto. I will definitely be coming back. "

"Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....

"Casa Camelia is a true gem that feels like stepping into a fairytale. The rooms are beautifully designed, exuding charm and elegance. Staff were friendly and warm. The garden offers breathtaking views, a perfect spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty. Having brunch in the greenhouse in the early morning really made the start of my day. "A great base for exploring Porto. I managed to get the Bond-themed apartment, which made this Bond fan very happy. The facilities were excellent - the coffee machine was especially welcome. The stairs were a little tricky to manage with luggage. The information on hotels.com about collecting the keys from a different location is incorrect (there's a reception at the apartments). Making the extra journey added stress to a long day. "
