"Great location, amenities and service"

"Booked because we were attending a convention at their adjoining convention center. We were quite pleased with our experience. Very clean, classy, and great customer sercice. Every employee we encountered was awesome. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby as well as two restaurants on site. What was inconvenient was that one of only two elevators was out of order, ice machines on multiple floors were out of order. One of the entrances screeched loudly when the doors opened and...

"We came for the Rose Bowl and this hotel was GREAT!! The pool and hot tub area are awesome. Huge pool and hot tub, life size chess, ping pong, right across from Del Amo Mall so lots of really convenient food options in or around the mall. Room was nice and updated! Staff was all nice! Parking was easy! "
