"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. La localisation est parfaite et nous avions une vue imprenable sur le village de Fayence est ses environs depuis la propriété. Le jardin et la piscine sont de taille respectable et bien entretenus. La maison en elle même est bien équipée jusque dans les derniers détails et très vaste. Elle nécessite un peu de maintenance par endroits mais rien de bien méchant (eg volets roulants). Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille ou des...

"From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA."

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"Ann Marie and Raoul were perfect hosts. We are 5 old guy's that were there to watch the rugby World cup qualifying rounds. The villa is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a holiday. "This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We were a group of 10 adults and 1 child and this Villa had plenty of space for everyone. The facilities were excellent with a sunbed and seating around the tables for everyone. Plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery. Pool was really refreshing as it was so hot. Lovely front and restaurants within walking distance as was the train station although the trains were often over half hour late and in fact one day was cancelled altogether when we were going to Monaco. "This was a truly amazing property- perfect for the entire family, located within everything you would want to visit, and if you are into getting your 10,000 steps a day you will find this property location ideal. If you are not into walking or exercise this might not be for you- but otherwise you could not find a better place in the South of France. We loved it!!!"
