"Comfortable, central, clean, in a quiet building, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the most central of Detroit location with a bright living room facing Capitol Park. Wonderful rooftop and view. Entry is a bit tricky and there is some construction as of Q4 2024 but overall a great stay. "

"Interesting place but just in odd location. The main bedroom stayed hot the whole stay, and the couch beds were also hot in the mornings because the galss isn’t uv resistant and i got a sun burn when I woke up"

"Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful."

"Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out."

"First and foremost, the unit is super cute, and welcoming. I loved the whole vibe. The industrial interior, the wood floors, the open concept. Loved it!! Now, the location does look a little off-putting. The doors to the building, and the stairs come off a little sketchy. But it's definitely got the industrial feel, and we loved it. That being said, the upstairs neighbor was quite loud throughout the night, It did make it kind of hard to sleep. No fault of the host, though! Overall, we enjoyed...

"We had a lovely stay. Easy convenient parking, and cool industrial/boho aesthetic in the space. I was here to run in the local marathon and the location was perfect. You can’t beat the view of the Ambassador Bridge and the train station. I loved that it was walking distance to two of my favorite restaurants and everything else I needed to get to was an easy Uber ride away. The host was super quick with replies and was friendly and helpful!"

"We walked in and were BLOWN AWAY!!! It is a VERY SPACIOUS apartment in the most fabulous location. The bedrooms and main living areas were decorated nicely ~ all basics were provided ~ the cleanliness was beyond that of any hotel ~ and made us feel more than "at home," in an amazing historical Detroit building. Would not hesitate to book again ~ or to stay for an extended period of time. WE LOVED the Modern Downtown Apartment. "

"This is a perfect spot to stay for a weekend in Detroit. Check in was a breeze. The ac was on waiting for us. Robes and slippers. Easy parking out front. The location is perfect. It does look a little dodgy because of the house across the street but the unit and neighbourhood were awesome. Beds were comfy. Place was spotless. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend."
