"We loved our visit to this little neighborhood and it was a perfect place to relax after doing some day trips to Detroit and Ann Arbor. Everything was cozy and comfy and very clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well stocked and if you need to do some laundry, it has a washer and dryer! We felt very safe and loved watching the Amtrak train fly by. We would highly recommend this place."

"The property met our needs and was well located for our event at the Glass City Center. Host was very accommodating with our early check-in request. Very clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. My only request would be to buy a few more towels and wash cloths. We only had 2 of each for 2 people staying 2 nights. Aside from that, it was a great stay."

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

After sitting in the kitchen for about an hour, my asthma began to flare up, and I had to leave the unit as it posed a health risk. The condition of the bathroom was poor; there was black mold in the grout of the shower, hair in the bathtub, and it was obvious the sink and faucet has not been cleaned prior to my arrival. "Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "

"We had a nice stay During our recent trip to visit our son at the University of Michigan, the apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free parking on weekends was appreciated. Since our main focus was seeing our son, we did not explore the area much. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not enough to interfere with our sleep."

"The apartment is well fitted to cook full meals and comfortably stay in a peaceful neighborhood. There is some traffic noise but it is minimal. We don't mind white noise but you do need to be able to handle white noise in the summer to sleep with the AC. Our only real "complaint" that makes me consider four stars is the lack of towels(2 body towels total) and the lack of variety/options in bedding/blankets. Otherwise there are little details everywhere that are appreciated."

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."
