"We loved our visit to this little neighborhood and it was a perfect place to relax after doing some day trips to Detroit and Ann Arbor. Everything was cozy and comfy and very clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well stocked and if you need to do some laundry, it has a washer and dryer! We felt very safe and loved watching the Amtrak train fly by. We would highly recommend this place."

"The location of the condo could not have been better. Right in the center of downtown Ann Arbor and walking distance to Univ. of Michigan and The Big House. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. The only complaint that we had was the noise at night. The condo is right above some popular bars and it was LOUD! Could have been unusually loud because of Halloween weekend but It was hard to sleep until about 2am when the bars closed. Otherwise it condo was...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. A very nice, clean and spacious studio right in the middle of the Burns Park neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Ann Arbor and campus. Check in and communication was excellent. I would love to stay here again! "

"A recurring work trip for me, but first time in this location. While there's steep steps to get to the 3rd floor loft - this means no neighbors above or next to you! Wonderfully equipped modern kitchen and super tidy modern bathroom. I like to sleep with white noise so the HVAC fan was a welcome sound. Never tried the TV but seems ample entertainment tech for those who desire it. Will plan to stay again!"

"The apt was in an excellent location. It was comfortable and clean. Coffe was provided. We thought perhaps there should have been powdered creamer provided. The ice cube trays were only partially full. There were no tissues in the bathroom.The television was confusing to use and we couldnt really watch anything with out logging into one of ouf own services. Some instructions msy have been helpful.Othercthan those things everything was fine. "

"House location was great! The curb appeal of the property was not inviting. Yard is over grown with vegetation! Once entering the unit. The kitchen still had a pile of garbage that needed to be swept up. I think the cleaning fee they charge is very high for them to not have a clean property! "

"I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was just as pictured. Very clean, modern and cute. The check in process was very easy and Nathan was great to work with! He sent check-in directions, made sure I didn't have any problems getting in, made sure the apartment was clean, and I didn't have any problems/questions and messaged me again at check-out to make sure I didn't have any questions. There was a little noise here and there from the neighbors upstairs, but nothing out of the ordinary...

"We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

"Visited in October with my sisters and niece, we were back in Michigan for our Mom's memorial service. One sister hasn't been back to Ypsi (our hometown) in 50 years and was charmed by Depot Town. We were all charmed by the rooms we stayed in, very comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a good vibe. Thanks so much!"
