"I rented this home for 5 nights for a family reunion nearby. It was the perfect size for me, my daughter, my son and his wife, and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11-17. "Parking not great unless you have a smaller car. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot on weekends or after people get home from work. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and containers for anything you might cook. Living room was much smaller than pictured. The other two bedrooms are so small and the sun will wake you up. "The inside of the property was as very small but clean and nice. The location wasn’t very pleasant view of neighborhood. No tv’s in bedrooms. Water smelled like rotten eggs and the sink in the bathroom ran dry slow. The view from the deck was amazing and the dock was great for fishing."

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!!
