"The AC is right in the heart of downtown Asheville, within a 3 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, and the 2 main publuc squares. Onsite parking. Hotel is newish, clean and well cared for. The rain shower is a nice touch. TV offers streaming on your own Netflix and Prime accounts. Restaurant at the top is very nice, breakfast was good. Definitely go back. "

"Absolutely love the Residences at Biltmore… We’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s been clean and convenient every time. It is like renting a condo for a lower price than an average hotel room. Highly recommend."

"Nice place, good location and price. I didn't utilize any of the amenities at the hotel, so I cannot speak for anything there. I am a stickler for shower cleanliness, and the shower could have been a bit cleaner than it was - but it was way better than some places I have stayed before. The bed was comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I was concerned about the noise at night, but I put the fan on 'auto' and it drowned out all the noise. The traffic light getting out of the property is not the fastest, so take that into consideration when you are going anywhere - be prepared to sit for a few minutes. (Not anything the hotel can do about that, but just a heads up!)"
