"As a working farmhouse, the B & B is at the end of a quiet road. It is set in beautiful countryside and is very peaceful. The nearest town is Haverfordwest about 3 miles away. Note it is not walkable to any shops or pubs but I knew that as I’d researched the area so this was perfect for me. The house is beautifully decorated and my room was just gorgeous. "We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage had plenty of room for 4 plus a dog. it felt very homely and had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a well equipped kitchen. "Really enjoyed our stay at The Hurdle. Really comfy and cosy accomodation and more roomy than we expected! Great location next to the church and alpacas outside our window. Visited Fishguard, Tenby, St David's and Solva, all a reasonable drive away. Property was mostly clean with plenty of kitchen equipment and clean bedding and towels. Although it wasn't spotless and we did have to wash the crockery and glasses before use. There was a pipe leak during our stay which the caretaker came to look...
