The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information. "12 people (ages 17 and up) stayed here for 4 nights. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. We played games in the downstairs game room, and had an epic time on the pickleball courts. None of us knew how to play pickleball, so we made up our own rules and had a super fun time! Everything was clean, and the house had all the supplies that we needed. We would stay here again! "...and this rental was beyond my expectations. This is our 5th year in a row, bringing our now 7yo twins to The Canyons and there has always been a minor glitch or hiccup each time. Not this year! Eric has been so kind, gracious, flexible and accommodating. The condo was exactly what we expected (again, I am very picky!). Eric worked his magic and secured us in a great location, as we were traveling with 4 other families and requested easy access to the slopes and the indoor pool. As we left...

"Was weary about staying near due to previous review stating listing was not accurate. However, Alex was very accommodating and ensured it was exactly as listed.
