"Property was very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Encountered an issue with the toilet handle however I was able to repair. We were also not aware that the one bathroom was downstairs and the bedrooms were upstairs ."

"First time in SLC, came with a group of friends for the Kilby Block Party. This place was a great home base to start and end our days. Rooms were comfortable, the rental was clean, kitchen had all the basics for us to make breakfast every day. The owner was responsive to any questions or issues during out stay, they even hooked us up with a bigger coffee pot when I said the Keurig wasn't cutting it for our group of caffeine addicts! "Had a full kitchen and full size fridge to use. Stocked with dishes and silverware and a dishwasher. The place was clean and quiet which was really nice! The bed was comfy too!"
