"Totally not as described on Orbitz. No restaurant. They did have a bar, but it was not open. No shuttle either. Was originally given a room in an area they’re renovating- even though the hotel was empty. Didn’t want to hear workers so they gave me another room. This one was recently renovated. So recently that there was a tool box left in the room… so had it been cleaned? This new room was an adjoining one, and there’s zero sound protection between the rooms. I literally heard my neighbors...

"Gated community! Great safety feature in Phoenix. A city/state we have never been. My daughter is in PA school clinicals. There is a community/homeless resource center Nextdoor with many homeless roaming the streets but the apartment community is a safe place. Property was very clean and exactly as described!!"

"Really great all around. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, central location, neighbors were easy, great communication and support (even when i was the dumb one). I actually cant think of more that could have been done for the price. Will book again when I am in Phoenix!"
