"This is a lovely old Inn. We found that there was not good lighting to read in our room and just one chair. As the weather was poor It would have been nice to spend time reading. Ther is a couch downstairs that we could have used. "

"Very conveniently located and easy parking. While somewhat understaffed, the staff were friendly and as responsive as they could be. Our fireplace switch didn't work but they came and tried to fix it. When our son decided to stay with us in our room, they easily accommodated us with a rollaway bed. One definite need for improvement: the pillows. They hold no shape and I needed 3 to be comfortable. "

"My room was very cozy. I was there on a holiday weekend in January so I knew there would be no service and no breakfast. That is not available from Oct. til April. There are large windows in the room and it was January so I was cold. Very cold even with the thermostat turned up to 73, but I don't think they could have done anything. The candy store on site is AMAZING!!!! The staff there super nice."
