"Check in was slow but beyond that the stay was great. Small but comfortable room. Comfy bed, good shower. Why can't the US use proper porcelain mugs/cups and proper glasses? All of this plastic (and wrapping them, too) is unsustainable. Breakfast was good. Outdoor pool area really well maintained and attractive. Thank you."

"Check in was seamless. I was given a room # and code through text. Room had all the basics but no tv. Bed is just a mattress on a frame (not the most comfortable). It rained prior to/during our stay so parking areas were muddy. Never saw or interacted with any staff in person. Room could use overhead light. Coffee system tedious. Weird flavor choices. "

"This was on a family trip after burying our mother. We were the ONLY ones staying, yet they wouldn't give us the cabin with wi fi. The old lock locked us out late at night and it took 30 minutes for them to help us. When I complained, they kicked us out and called the police who had us drive away in the middle of the night with an 11 yr old. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, but in our room the front door weather stripping was shot and cold air came in at a good pace, and the heating system had trouble keeping up. Water was hot with decent pressure and towels were adequate. Decent breakfast set up."
