Everything in this property squeaks. Floors, doors, chairs and beds. The stairs very narrow. Our room was very small. I know this property was someone’s dream but it’s not mine.
The Lareau Farm is a beautiful property nestled in the heart of Vermont. We were exhausted when we arrived, and we were able to go straight to our perfect room for a comfortable night's sleep.
Quaint old farmhouse with several rooms on a farm setting. Breakfast was good. Rooms old but adequate. Nice back porch for sitting. Inn keeper was nice but not an over whelming welcome. Cookies would of been nice in the evening. Fruit for breakfast would of been a plus. Little things make a difference.

Lovely setting, the room was adequate but in need of cosmetic repairs. The mattress and pillows were well past their best before date.
The staff were very nice and helpful in recommending sightseeing. The house is very clean, charming and historic. Got to walk the grounds and see all their flower and vegetable gardens, livestock and talked with some of the grounds staff. All were super nice. Would highly recommend this B&B.
The property is beautiful, the room was lovely and very clean, and the staff were congenial and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except the air conditioner was unbearably loud.
This was a first time experience for us in a B&B. It was unique and fun, room and bed very comfortable. Even though the breakfast was not included, we bought it and it was great. We rellay enjoyed our stay here.
I was VERY lucky to find a room at Lareau Farm Inn a week before the solar eclipse on April 8th, and at a most reasonable price. My luck aside, we enjoyed the rustic decor and settings of this inn; we especially appreciated the hospitality of the staff and the yummy cook-to-order breakfast offerings included.
We stayed here during the eclipse. We have stayed in many B&B’s and this one was one of the best. Many small amenities that made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as you were able to choose from several choices and each was made fresh. They used their own eggs and other local foods.
It is a cute old farm house, thought I was falling through the floor a few times, definate fun house effect, shower had such low water pressure, could not wash hair. Took 10 minutes to get evrn luke warm water! Went to look to see if there was ice, the girl was very snotty and said whatever is in the icebucket! We we did not even know wherr the ice bucket was
What a thoughtful, gorgeous, and comfortable place to stay! The large family room we stayed in was convenient and comfy with enough room for everyone. I thought the 1 queen bed with 3 twin beds was a great setup and worked well for our group. The common areas were immaculate and inviting and the breakfasts were delicious and personalized. A gem!
Perfect room for my needs. Planned to catch a big snow storm to ski at Sugarbush. This place was 10 minutes away. I stayed in the Forgiveness room where the bathroom was down a short hallway. It was no problem. The living rooms were warm and cozy. The snow was so heavy the first night it shorted two transformers and shut off power to ALL of Warren county, even the entirety of Sugarbush! Staff remained calm and friendly and helpful. Next two days were great skiing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a family of 5 it’s often challenging to find options that can accommodate us all in one room. The “Patience” room was perfect. Everyone had a bed (no pullout needed) and the room was on the 2nd floor so very quiet. It was clean and cozy and having The Flatbread restaurant right there was an added bonus. The complimentary made to order breakfast off their gourmet menu was terrific as well. They have nice common area space with fire place and games and a shared fridge if you need to store things. We would definitely come back. Stacy, Inn Manager, and her team were fabulous.
Only stayed one night. A bit odd to never see the owner/host. But the breakfast cook made up for that by providing a breakfast to order that was tasty and beautiful. Beautiful old farm house with great antiques and cozy reading rooms.
The facility could improve the experience by adjusting the thermostat upstairs. The hall way was cool while our room was hot because the hallway had the thermostat. Plus, the cracked toilet seat made things a bit uncomfortable.

Waitsfield BnB
We expected an en suite bathroom, but it was not. The mattress we slept on, needs to be refreshed. The light fixtures need an update and better performance. The common rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with books and entertainment.
