People need to be told that there are two entrances and that Mapquest may not take you to the right one (the one with the punch in code). Other than that, for a first time VRBO guest, we were comfortable. Noise from above should be addressed."

We went into historic downtown full of people ( which was beautiful with lights for Christmas ) but was nice to retreat to the river. The unit has everything you need to feel at home . We really enjoyed the long weekend here and will come back for future trips to Saint Augustine. "

"The problem with this is that Expedia reservation triggered Vrbo text message about the property and check-in. I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. I panicked trying to reach them for 2 days, only to get a call back on my last flight to JAX. I arrived at 11pm and had the gate code, but the clubhouse was locked and dark. Good thing i...
