"Our stay was very pleasant. The history and decor makes you feel like you are stepping back in time. Terry at reception and Marlena in the dining room were professional and personable. Kelly at the River House was also helpful. The room was as expected with a pretty view of the property and river. I would highly recommend a stay there."

"We enjoyed the stay. We really had the whole property to ourselves. Bed and Breakfast style wedding venue but we stayed don’t be close proximity to the water. I didn’t mind being the only people there. I’ve never experienced that before. There was staff who were very sweet and I’m sorry to not have experienced the breakfast. It is an older place nestled in a weeping wallow trees. I can only image what it looks like during the spring. It has an old smell but again it’s so close to the water that...
