I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "Hotel is a short walk from train station. I got to the hotel at 10:30a and the person at the front desk let me in a room so I could take a nap. There was an ammonia smell in my room. I had a manager come smeel it and they moved me to the room next door. Great customer service. The breakfast was a substantial spread and very tasty. "

"Lovely setting and very well places for lakes and roads to getting around the Friesland. Rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms need some TLC. Great staff and good facilities. "
