"Positive: Der Außenbereich war schön. Man hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne und konnte auf einer schönen Terrasse sitzen. Auch die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und angenehm. Allerdings war der Sonnenschirm sehr schwer und musste je nach Sonnenstand umgesetzt werden. Negative: Das Haus war schmuddelig. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt.
