"We really loved this hotel, the staff were so polite and friendly, the room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was very very good. If we come to Bristol again we will definately stay in this hotel."

The room was great for what we wanted the only issue I would have is the duvet I think it had seen better days it felt more like a sheet than anything! Bed was really comfortable though. Breakfast was perfect it had everything that we needed, nothing was too much trouble for the staff "

"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future. "

"Check in was easy and staff were very polite and friendly. We were a bit early so our room wasn't quite ready so they upgraded us which was lovely. Nice and clean, spacious bedrooms and fantastic access to Cabot Circus car park and city amenities. Would recommend! "
