"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Extra towels was provided and free fruit on offer. "

"Overall pretty good. Did not like charging for parking! It’s a hidden cost on arrival considering your in a motorway services everyone will have a vehicle!! "
