"The property was lovely but we struggled with a few things... accessing the internet and thus, the TV, was a challenge. The upstairs living area is a good bit smaller than it appears. Locked ourselves out of the bathroom, so caution: that's easy to do! The upstairs furniture is firm - a bit stiff. Would stay again, but just good to know what the set up is like."

Kathleen shared a book of recommended restaurants and activities in the area, and they both were so kind and thoughtful in handling the cancellation of our booking due to a natural disaster. "The cabin is near the top of a mountain so you can see for miles. An amazing view of the sunset from the master bedroom balcony and the back porch including in the hot tub. Everything was clean other than there being a slight lady bug problem which is expected with the weather getting colder and bugs trying to work their way in."

"Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much."

The amenities were many, the beds were sumputuous, the kitchen had every gadget/utensil a chef could imagine and the decor was cozy/modern/rustic/chic. We felt at home as soon as we opened our eyes on our first full day.
