"We have taken the opportunity to bring our families together in the past. This year we settled on Black Mountain area. Easily the most relaxing thus far. The Chalet was clean and well stocked. Kelley was extremely helpful and responsive. Sonya was awesome to work with as well."

"A sign needs to be put at the turn in because if you turn at the light for a opening to drive though there isnt one. Sign needs to be at the taco bell turn in. Needs trash can in bathroom "

"This property is great for peace and quiet. The damage in the area from hurricane Helene has shut down a lot of trails, waterfalls, and parks. However, it is still very beautiful and we will continue to travel to the area and hopefully stay at this retreat again. Right now it's smart to bring your own food, there aren't very many places to go out to eat unless you prefer fast food. The main highway also has a beautiful gift shop. Spend your money locally, they need your help! I loved it there, we only saw a few people the whole time(our neighbor and the employee/owner)we were there but they were full of smiles and very nice! I recommend 💯. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!"
