"This is undoubtedly the best ski in ski out location available, with an apres ski bar at the doorstep. The apartment has modern bathroom facilities and very adequate sleeping arrangements, although it would be a little cramped with 5. It is pretty well equipped, with the bonus of a dishwasher. The owner was clear and very timely with communications. Access was straightforward too. If there had been a shop close by, that would have been an added bonus. "Recently returned from a 5 night stay at this cosy apartment. The location is very convenient if you are skiing. Blue line bus stops close by. About a 10 min walk to centre of town. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend and would not hesitate to return. "

"5 of us stayed here for a boys ski trip. It is a lovely apartment. It is brighter than it looks in the photos, and fairly spacious given the location. You can ski down to the village, and it's only a short walk back at the end of the day. The room specs are slightly confusing - but there are 3 separate bedrooms, plus a foldaway and a sofa bed in the shared space. It was plenty of room for us. Finally, Frederic did everything we needed as a host - thank you!"

"Apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is slightly out of town and from the lifts but a bus stops outside. Property management are great very helpful and friendly. Linen is not included and slightly expensive. Overall fab place"

"Great little apartment, and the layout is perfect for sectioning off areas and giving you a feel of space in a small area. They dont have any wifi as theuve been let down by the providers but they offered to reimburse us the cost of a 4g box avaifrom rex. Luckily we had excellent 5g service. "

Things started poorly with the check in process. We drove to Avoriaz from the UK and based our arrival time on the check-in times given to us for the booking. On calling the owners concierge to inform him we were around 1 hour away, we were told the property would not be ready until 3...

"My family & I enjoyed staying here for a week in July. Perfectly situated and well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and well presented, lovely host with great communication. We enjoyed many nights with family games overlooking the mountains from the lovely balcony. Imagine it’s equally stunning in winter. Would 100 percent recommend. Thanks Richard & family."

"Great flat, just as described, 7 minutes walk from the Super Morzine lift. Lots of communication with Richard and Karen before the trip so they answered all our questions and sorted lift passes. Richard even picked us up personally from the airport, which was super convenient. Transfer back was also arranged and was very flexible, allowing us to drop our skis off and get picked up straight away. Highly recommended all round."
