"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. Would not provide basic needs of the stay or honor their contract. Staff then said that I should owe them money for bothering them and asking for the basic necessities of a...

"Amazing hostel. Only complaint is the cutlery wasn't clean at breakfast. Nice restaurants pâtisseries and supermarket all 20 meters away."

"Only stayed one night in a private double room. Reception and Bar staff were fantastic. Good vibe around the hostel too. A little out of the way, around 3km from Central Station but metro within walking distance! "

"This place located piano area , nowhere close to any other transportation so I had to spent 35 euros for taxi . That’s my fault that I didn’t aware the area, The worst part didn’t even started yet, Shared shower room and washroom are small only hobbits can fit. I choose the the 6 bunk bed mixed gender room with 12 ppl . They are snoring like hippo I couldn’t sleep at all. And it was the biggest feast for all the bedbugs in the world. "Really liked inside just sucks it’s so far from main centre and nothing really around to do without an hour walk "

"It's the same hostel as Naples Experience. The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. The next day they moved another bunk bed into the room so it doesn't matter which room you book or how many beds it...

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold options and every morning had fresh cappuccino and espressos! Train station was about a 7 to 10 minute walk, which made going to Sorrento a quick trip. Also took a train to Pompeii. Beautiful view from the roof top terrace of the sea and outdoor seating on the main level. Streets are very narrow and takes a bit to get used to walking on the narrow sidewalks but eventually it becomes easier."

"We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"
