"Nicest hostel I had ever seen. Really a hotel. Close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Large room and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was huge for Europe: scrambled & boiled eggs, toast, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, vegetables, pastries and sweets, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. Elevator. Few steps. Not fancy but both nice and functional. Some British school groups when we were there. "

"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. "Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. There was also help with points of interest information and guidance for transport that was invaluable. Thank you very much for fond memories during this stay."
