"The exterior was in need of repair, banisters at stairs were rotten/rusting. Door to room had visoble gap at bottom and opening. We had to scrub the tub and toilet. Tub had hair on the side and it didnt look like it had actually been cleaned after last guest. We used two swiffer pads to clean the floor of the bathroom and sleeping area before we could walk on it and not get the sensation of sticking to the floor..the first cleaning pad was black with wat ever was on tje floor, the second one...
