Find Hotel with a Concierge in Mesa, AZ

"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"We love staying here, I have cancer scans at MD Anderson every few months, we stay here because it’s quiet and it’s super convenient for us. This time around, our room smelled a little odd, we had to buy Lysol and used it often, the shower curtain was torn and the toilet seat was broken. We really had never encountered any issues. I’m sure we’ll be back and I’m hoping we go back to the excellence we’re accustomed to. Front desk staff was great and accommodating!"
