"Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...

"We loved the location; staff were friendly and helpful; breakfast was excellent. One small complaint was that the room was not properly dusted but otherwise clean in the bathroom, etc. "
