"The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place. "This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this home. We love how cozy and comfortable it is and that we can bring our dog! Communication with owner is great. There were a lot of bugs during our stay this year, not sure why, flies and ladybugs. Overall, we like it very much and would stay here again."
