"Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come. "

"Home was comfy and cozy with all the comforts you want in a home away from home."

If I had to suggest changes it would be inform renters of the spiral staircase, the lack of no bathroom in the bedroom in the loft and the very steep, narrow set of stairs in the house leading up to the main living space.Also the two bedrooms on the ground level were a bit cold for sleeping.Otherwise it was a nice space for the weekend."

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "Everything was great about this stay. Very clean place set off the road a little but only a few minutes from all the shops. Stairs and everything were shoveled and salted when we got there and there was more close by if we needed it. Left during a snow storm and the host was very nice and plowing the road which helped a lot. Definitely going to be staying here again!"

"Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals."

"This was our second year staying here, and we had looked forward to it since we checked out last year. This has become our happy place and a place of peace, which we need as we have very high stress jobs. The place is just perfect for a couple who needs a quiet retreat into nature, away from all the noise of their every day lives. A perfect place to unplug and connect with one another."

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion.
