"We booked this property for Thanksgiving week. Three families for a total of 12 people stayed here. Because the house was so nice and spacious. We actually hosted Thanksgiving dinner for other family that live in the area. We had over 25 people total for dinner and easily had room for more. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s new, it’s clean and it actually had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts were wonderful from the moment we booked it. Beth reached out immediately...

"We really loved this house! Beautiful view of the lake, quiet neighborhood, good access to nearby shopping. The house is in great shape, extremely well maintained. If you like clean, this is for you! We don't rent often so this was a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly helpful and always available. "We only needed extra bedrooms and beds and did most of our activities with family in Chardon. This place was perfect! While the bed situation was a little different (a twin room and a twin bed on the upstairs landing), it is exactly what we expected based on the posted pictures. The house was clean, uncluttered, very comfortable bedsheets and towels, and coffee machines. Also, a nice sized living room and parking. Just what we needed! AND some good books and movies for those who had some extra...

"The house was very nice, and plenty big for our group of eight to enjoy our stay. Easy drive to the R&R HOF, and Brown's stadium. We also hit up the NFL HOF, and The Ohio State Reformatory, (which is the prison where The Shawshank Redemption was filmed), easy day trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed."

"We were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit. "

"Our family came up to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is stunning and it is so well equipped in the kitchen, that we didn’t need half the things that we brought. The cleanliness is outstanding! My 88-year-old mother said it was the best Thanksgiving she ever had and we hope to come back next year! Thank you so much!"

"Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. "

"Great place with good coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, televisions and good beds. We did run out of toilet paper and we had to fix the door handle to keep it working but minor issues compared to great rental overall."
