"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. "My stay was amazing. When I arrived Oliver sat with me and explained the must see places and what to expect in Marrakesh. The Riad is located in the perfect place -most of the sightseeing places are walking distance. The Riad is very pretty and the staff are absolutely lovely. "

"Hotel confortable et typique, proche du centre ville environ 1km à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Nous avons eu un bel acceuil avec un bon thé à la menthe.le petit déjeuner est copieux et tres bon avec petites crepes aux mille trous (baghir) un vrai regal. Merci à Zakia et Abdou pour leurs precieux conseils et leur gentillesse. Nous y retournerons."

"The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "

"Nice place, but the whole place needs updating as it's looking a little shabby. The staff were okay, apart from one person only talking to my husband and not looking at me once while talking about the local area. More than a little rude! We were also charged for our room when we had already paid through Expedia. Luckily Expedia did refund us. "

"Just outside the Medina wall means it’s easier to find! 100dh for a taxi from the train to Bahia palace + 4 minute walk with google maps. My husband got mostly hot water for his shower, but I only got warmish. Our room was at the front which gets street noise at night and early in the morning. But that’s likely the case with all Riads on narrow alleyways. We found the platform bed awkward to access"
