"The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "

"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. "When researching our trip to Marrakech my husband and I were torn between wanting to be within walking distance of the main square, and wanting a relaxing, calm vibe and pool area to swim and sunbathe. "Great Riad in a good location, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice clean property, nothing too fancy, but good size rooms . Our only issue, having never stayed in a Riad before,vwas that in common with most, the eating area is outdoor s, the temperature was cold in first week December and a bit wet, no heating in room either, fortunately they lent us a small fan heater, otherwise it would have been unpleasant. I'm sure for most of the year this won't be a problem. "

"This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations.. It is basically a boutique hotel in which you rent the entire place. Comes with staff who are incredibly kind and helpful. I came with a group of family/friends. Location was perfect- right next door to synagogue and 3min walk to many places including the bahia palace and culinary arts museum. 10/10"
