"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Ksar Anika. It’s located on a quiet road, away from, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I walked everywhere. The service was great, with the reception staff going as far as providing me with a full lunchbox after I had told him during my checkout that I was going to take a bus to Essaouira later that day. "The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "

"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. This is very poor manners, pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. A tip should...

The room and accommodations were very clean and pristine and anything you may need, the staff will take it upon itself to take care of it for you. Highly recommend!"
