"In the heart of Melbourne, the convenience of the location is superb. Comfortable rooms. Good beds and furnishings. Nice breakfast too. Great people! I like the rules. A lot of noise from the dehumidifier, traffic, and trains. May be problematic for light sleepers."

"I had a 1 night stay in Melbourne for a conference and chose to stay at this Hampton Inn. Overall the hotel was clean and updated and the staff were friendly. There were no weird smells or stains and the breakfast had multiple choices from hard boiled eggs and greek yogurt to omelettes, cereal and a waffle maker. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but the sheets were clean and the pillows were soft! I did feel safe here and that is important since I was traveling alone as a female. I would...
