"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...

"A really lovely apartment. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The host quickly got back to our messages and helped us out. We enjoyed our ski trip, just a 10-15min ride by car to the resort and also our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss any utensils."

"Diarmund and Kashi are wonderful hosts to this lovely set of homes. We had Dep 3 which is the top floor penthouse of one of their properties. We loved having Matten as our neighborhood because it’s next to Interlaken but not in it (plus the entire region is very small so the borders don’t matter much).
