"This was perfect from check in to check out. Staff met us at the front gate, check in was easy with Kato helping us with dinner reservations and explaining where the onsen, reading room and other services were located. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional... all of the staff were so attentive. Arina was so lovely too. The food was incredible, delicious and tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom with the private onsen was perfect. Our stay was perfect... Highly recommend staying here!!!"

"This lovely, rustic inn is conveniently located within walking distance to JR Hakuba Station, where shuttles between ski resorts and transportation to/from major cities stop. Shared area of the inn, including restrooms, showers, and a dining lounge are always nice and clean. The owner is very friendly and accommodating."

"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "
