"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. "We use this hotel as our overnight stop prior to our cruise holiday. It perfect for access, clean friendly staff plus a very short transfer to the cruise terminal. It is very close to a great shopping complex for any last minute items "

"Treetops" in Hampshire.

"Unique experience. "Treetops" in Hampshire! Well, thirty years ago maybe. Perfect for visiting the Zoo, one minute walk entrance to entrance! Clean and comfortable. Refreshing to find a hotel where the heating is a controlable radiator and the patio doors open fully onto a balcony for every room. Good breakfast btw. Friendly, approachable staff and a proper key to your door. Dated and in need of redecoration in places (no, please don't) I liked it!"
