Hotel Rooms are clean, comfortable, and it is reasonably quiet. However there is no room service as advertised. The restaurant doesn’t have anything on offer on the rooms menu. Only a buffet with limited choice.
Money has been taken before arrival & rooms were not available even after waiting three hours in the hotel lobby.two bed room was given as three bed room by adding one extra bed, where as the money were charged for three bed room.
Reception staff particularly the hotel supervisor attitude was very bad.only one Saudi man Mr Shaddi helped us on second day & given one room of three bed & second room was still two bed by adding extra bed use it for three person. Worse come worse hotel bed have Ticks which cannot allow you to sleep
Pls don't recommend this hotel to any one.

Close to the Kabbah
Most of he staff do not speak English. They looked at me intently, but it soon became apparent they didn't understand a word I was saying. I got dinner 2 days out of the 6 days I stayed there. Room service was not delivered. I went for 3 days without eating. All the shops were closed due to Ramadan.
The lack of communication is what made my stay uncomfortable.
Its a four day visit to Makkah, Traveled with family arrived at 6 am receptionist able to give us room even though our check in was 12 noon. Have shuttle service every one hour, dinner ( Suhor) was really good. Reception and lobby was great however bathrooms were not good. Wifi was worst, most of the time have no connection.
