We had the first floor- never saw the upstairs neighbor. It was perfect for what we needed and the price. Parking was a little tough to come by so you're best off finding a spot and taking an Uber wherever you need to go. "The house was well located and a short drive/walk to all things Pittsburgh. It was clean and well kept and overall felt very cozy and comfortable for my family of 4 dog. Having the garage to park in during winter weather was a huge bonus! Communication was stellar, with Dave going out of his way to ensure we had all info necessary to enjoy our stay. We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive!
