Was very clean and nice no real issues except the sheets were so full of static we were being shocked all night and even experienced electric static where the friction between the sheets and our bodies created light. My kids were pretty freaked out but finally fell asleep.

This is the hotel with the least customer service, the people at the counter are unfriendly and do not greet. The hotel is old and needs maintenance, the pool is very dirty, and the breakfast is horrible, the breads are hard, as if they buy them when they are already expired. In short, I would never return to that hotel.

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking at 940 the day of check out when check out was at 11. I was woke up out of my sleep panicked by who was in our room. Our room had no heat, no ed our room and they told me it will work. Our room was so cold that we had to sleep in sweats all night. Mind you this was a second room we tried. They had no assistance for us. When I called to ask for a manager they said they would not help. The house keeper laughed in my face when I asked why she came into our room while we was sleeping. We had a fo not disturb sign up . I can't believe I spent so much money to be violated like that.. I wanted someone to just say sorry and instead they laughed. It not funny though.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at this property. Firstly, I found the noise from the heating system to be quite loud, which made it difficult for me to sleep through the night. Additionally, I noticed that the walls in my bedroom appeared quite dirty and I believe a thorough cleaning would be beneficial. Lastly, the breakfast hours (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM) seemed earlier than usual. In my previous experiences, breakfast typically starts at 7:00 AM, which I find to be a more accommodating time for guests.

I wasnt expecting much HOWEVER, this was a very nice hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly and kind. Love that the parking lot was salted. Also, its right off the main road; so easy to find There is a restaurant up street which is a 2 minute walk if you wanted to. We come to Pittsburgh often and this is a gem of a find. We will definitely make this our go to hotel.
