"The only reasons i can't give this place 5stars is the RIFICULOUS upcharge for a room with a microwace/refrigerator. Setiously, its like $40 more!! The other reason? The TVs. There is almost always an isdue, either a dark blue cast over it, or it's way too dark, or there are big bright white spots all over. The staff(especially the night staff) are super nice and they are so patient! I have heard them on seceral occasions trying to assist and work with customers even when there isnt anything...

"We actually stayed in the poolhouse at the same property. Originally my husband and I had booked for the room but when Barbara saw we were travelling with an infant she offered us the pool house as there was a pack n play in there.
