"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no...

"The gentlemen that did our check in, really nice and friendly, I forgot his name but did a quick and fast check in. Also to the ladies who worked at the kitchen amazing breakfast and they are so sweet. "

"The hotel was nice.I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot and didn't work. The swimming pool was clean,but cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future. "
