"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. "The check in was little bit slow, after we received the keys it seemed like they were disactived, we came back to tje front office and they reactivated for us. After that we enjoyed our stay . The rooms eere clean and we got clran towels amd the trash taken out every day. The environment was quiet and relaxing . Ovrrall nice stay, for sure we are coming back to to Victoria Palms in!"
