Motel instead of hotel.
No hot water during part of the stay. Heater quit functioning after the first night. The management team was pleasant but they were not able to address the problem. Overall, the hotel is in fact in "motel" condition. The property needs to be sold to a discount motel company.

DEMOLISH IT - New hotel is under construction
The rooms are out dated and worn down. Front door didn't shut properly and you could tell the bed had seen its days. The new hotel is being built behind the current location and looks to be 1,000 times better.

I was there for a bowling tournament. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds could use new mattresses though. All in all well worth what we paid for.

Pésimo servicio de hotel y agencia
Pésima experiencia, al llegar no tenían la reservación que yo había tenía con número de confirmación de hoteles.com, y la quinta culpaba a hoteles que no habían reservado, al escribir a hoteles.com ellos se excusan que solo son un agente y no pueden hacer nada, o sea que nadie tiene la responsabilidad y yo junto con mi familia me quedé sin hotel. Pésimo servicio de ambas empresas, si pueden busquen otro hotel y otro servicio para buscar y separar...se los digo sinceramente, no les gustará estar buscando hotel por hotel en una ciudad donde ya no hay cupo por las fechas y ustedes estaban confiados con un número de reservación que no sirve para nada, ahora a ver si además no hacen el cargo a mi tarjeta !

Nos hemos alojado anteriormente en el Hotel La Quinta, nos gusta la cercanía con Denny´s, La plaza Mall y el centro de McAllen, así como el aeropuerto, todo a menos de 5 minutos, y próximamente tendrán nuevas instalaciones.

Muy práctico el hotel, a unos metros del aeropuerto de McAllen, del frewey 86 y a tres minutos caminando Delmprincipal mall de la Ciudad. D Nos agrado q la distancia del hotel a las tiendas outlet no es más aya de 49 km y se llega pronto. Muy recomendable este hotel, el desayuno q incluye es sustancial y con buen sabor y variado
