"The staff was very nice & helpful. As with any hotel, the parking process is not good. I find it interesting that the hotel industry does not address this issue. To negatively effect a customer's experience over a simple thing like parking is silly. To charge a customer an additional $50 a night to "store" their car is ridiculous. A simple way to differentiate within your industry, would be to make the parking process simple & safe."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff. The window seemed to by slightly open so we could hear the cars driving, people pulling up to the front of the hotel but after inspecting the window, nothing was wrong so I’m not sure why it was so loud. Parking is $70 per day and no other options. Was advised not to park on the street but I was not willing to pay $70 daily. Street parking was good and had to walk a little but no problem. "

"I needed a temporary place to stay while my house was getting some work done. I live fives away in Palos Verdes. For people visiting the Los Angeles area, I strongly recommend staying in the South Bay Area (part of Los Angeles County). There’s little traffic here. It’s safe and quiet. Very relaxing. During the summer, the weather is usually 10-20 degrees cooler than Metro Los Angeles. This hotel is a few miles many beaches and the Del Amo Mall is across the street."
