"Arrived at property ready to chill out before flight in the early morning. Expedia hadnt paid for our room or half board. .The staff at the ibis were very professional never once made us feel awkward.Eventually expedia paid hotel The hotel is very clean a comfy bed especially pillows.There are extra pillows if needed. Food was very tasty theres a bar on site by reception. We enjoyed our stay dispite mess up. Thanks again to the great receptionist ."

This has become our hotel of choice every time we visit Eastbourne and which is very often. Not only are the price and rooms exceptional with awesome views but the hospitality and dedication of the staff is what draws Dr Pilcher and I to the Cavendish Hotel. Impressive hotel clean welcoming and facilities 5* pool large and very clean as was sauna changing etc. Room large and with all amenities fridge micro wave etc. Comfortable beds and great power shower . Staff welcoming and breakfast offers choice and is a great start to the day"
