"The grass needed mowed. The house was clean it could use a toaster food strain and the light underneath the water in the pool was floating in the water with wires. The wires were connected though. There was some inside ceiling issues but no leaked due to hurricane. But for the price in all it was nice. "

"The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was great for our needs. Spacious rooms and family friendly. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space surrounding the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and was conveniently located for our plans in the immediate and surrounding area. Peter is an outstanding host with wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. A"

"Lovely home, clean and very comfortable. Our group of eight enjoyed the property. Beds are comfortable great showers, great living space, pool and hot tub were wonderful. "House is located between a busy commercial area and high-end homes near Edison Estate within 1.5 miles of downtown Ft Myers which was our main reason for coming. Traveling with a dog, a fenced in yard was a necessity since i have mobility issues preventing me from walking. Unfortunately, the fenced in yard was all rock. Not a place for her to even lie down.. "This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. "This was an absolute dream property. Eight of our college roommates got together and no better home we could have been blessed with! The beds were comfy, it was immaculately clean- the view was jaw dropping. There was plenty of space to spread out, the black out curtains were amazing and we got fabulous sleep. There are tons of shops and restaurants within shopping distance. Something to note- plan to walk instead of drive a lot of places- traffic can be tricky. But so much to do within a short...

"Loved our time here. The backyard and pool area was fantastic! Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all the cups, plates and utensils you need. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender as well. Paying extra for the heated pool was well worth it. But bring your own pens ;). We will definitely be staying here again!"

"We like the property but felt it was too far from several of our favorite restaurants. The area has been working hard too get back to normal. Traffic was bad due to construction work but it an be avoided. Overall it is still a great place to go to get out of the winter weather in Iowa. "

"Cute house and good for entertaining. It was just my hubby and i and our 4 yo. The two large bedrooms were nice but the bunk room was a retrofitted garage and not somewhere I would have felt comfortable having children stay in. Pool and hot tub were great. Outside shower did not work but didn't call owner because it wasn't a big deal for us. Only one inside bathroom that needs updated. I felt it was clean and Im usually pretty picky. If we are ever in cape coral, would stay again. Thank you "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. "

"Great room for family of 4. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so lots of room. Kitchen had the basics but could be better stocked. There were only 5 forks, 5 spoons, etc so we were doing dishes often. Perfect location right on the beach. They had chairs you could borrow for free which was great. The only negative was that we couldn’t use the pool all week due to maintenance and no one emailed in advance to let us know. "
