"We had a comfortable 2 week stay. Two bedroom unit in an older condominium complex. Lanai overlooks the pool area. Appliances are up to date. Adequate kitchen ware and supplies. WiFi and Roku service provided. Common laundry has plenty of machines. Complex is conveniently located for access to Edison Mall and downtown entertainment area. Easy drive to my venue during the stay. "

"Property was clean and very well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs and towels. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"We came to visit my sister and her familiy. We loved our accommodations. Warm pool, beautiful views and comfortable beds! Grocery store is across the street. Perfect place. Will stay here again!"

"The condo was great and Paula was an excellent host. She went out of her way to make sure we had pool access when one pool was closed for renovations. "

"So much of Fort Myers Beach has been rebuilt since the hurricane. It is getting better and better. We want to return to this unit. The hosts are easily the best we have ever rented from. The penthouse unit has the best view of the beach and ocean of any unit in the 3 buildings. I love a balcony with a spectacular view. We lived on the balcony reading, relaxing, and taking in the incredible scenery. Wow. I was so relaxed I kept taking naps all week long."

"Overall, this was a nice property. The location and view is exceptional. Some silverware and other kitchen items were missing or may need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. Have stayed in other condos on beach and also in this building that have been updated. In comparison, this unit was a little higher priced and could benefit from a thorough cleaning as well as some minor updates."

"Condo very nice - worked great for 2 and for 4 while my sister was there for 2 days. The only think I would suggest is giving 2 passes to park or at least change listing to say only 1."

"My friends and I had a great stay here for our girls getaway! The porch was our favorite spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings and the proximity to the beach was perfect! The condo was neat and clean upon our arrival which was appreciated! "

"Very easy to get to the beach and pool. The unit itself could be cleaner and better maintained, but I would still stay there again. The master bedroom is next to the parking lot and the window is broken so it can be very loud depending who else is staying at the complex."

"Spacious unit with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed use of bicycles, as well as pickle ball and basketball courts. Pool area is spacious and access to beach is very convenient. Owners made themselves easily available "

"Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again. "
