"They have a boat that will bring you to the property. It is absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to unwind and get away. The staff are very friendly and try to accommodate every request. However, if you are vegetarian or have any special food requirements, don't stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and could not eat almost anything that the resort provided. "El Nido was very busy when we just visited so we were glad we could make an Expedia booking at Relucio Inn. We got the family room for 3 adults and it worked well. The location is great and it was nice to have breakfast included. We liked the staff and had a good stay!!"

The booking agent and property had difficulty communicating which lead to a delayed checking and then the next morning they told me I had to pay, even though I had paid Expedia online. Many phone calls later it was eventually resolved. The property itself was alright, but the exterior door is in a sketchy side alley and did not feature a door on the apartment level. "NEVER again! The room smells musty, especially the strong smell of the molds. We got sick after 4 days. We ended up moving to a different resort for the rest of our stay in El Nido. I did not bother asking for a refund for the remaining days. I booked 7 days, quadruple room; 2-double bed. But they gave us a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress.
